Is anyone else still geting pains after c section?

It's nearly 11 weeks since my c section and I know I'll still get twinges for a while but I walked quite a bit on Friday and ever since then my tummy really hurts when I sit up or turn over in bed. I seemed to recover really quickly after the section so I'm surprised to be in discomfort again now. Has anyone else had this problem or know if it's normal for it to start to hurt again after a lot of walking?

yes i do! sophie is 11 weeks tomorrow i recovered really well after 3 weeks felt great then last few weeks started getting twinges after pushing buggy along way or if ive been carring sophie around alot. Cant tell you if its normal or not. Was just starting to think i should ask my doc!
