who knows they spend way too much on food shopping and could cut back if they shopped around? whats everyones tips on getting good quality value for money food?
since i went on maternity we've near enough halfed our food shopping bill and thats just but shopping for fresh fruit, veg, salad and meat twice a week at the market and local butchers. when i go back to work im not going to have as much time to shop and prepare fresh meals for us every day though.
