ear piercing in babies

right or wrong?

is it better to do it as a baby or better to leave it till they can decide themselves?

personnal preference i hate to see it in babies.

Me too. My niece had her ears done at about 3 months and did look really cute but even my brother and SIL regretted it and didn't get their next daughters ears done until she was a couple of years old.

I was 7 when i had mine pierced and think i would do the same if i had a girl, it made me feel more grown up and that was an age where i really wanted to be grown up and was a massive treat too!! I don't really like the thought of a baby with pierced ears they often grab their ears and could pull it out...x

yeah, i got mine done when i was around 8 or 9 i think. and i felt SO special. it was really great and i loved showing them off. so shall leave it till that age for her

I personnally dnt like it done on babies, we havent got Sophies done & she has decided that she wants to have them done on her 5th birthday as a treat an am not gona get Rubys done either. I think its nice that they can decide for themselves when there a bit older if they want them or not..xx

i had kiera's done at 5 and rhianna's at nearly 3, both there choice, i dont think il be getting lexi's done until shes 2/3 mayb older xx
